Where does the party take place?

The Prime F. Osborn III Convention Center at 1000 Water St, Jacksonville, FL 32204. The line forms outside Door 6 at the main exhibit hall on the west side of the building.

Do I need to register or sign up in advance to attend/ for my children to receive toys?

No registration or sign up is required. The event is open to all children 12 and under and toys are first come first served.

The event is open to all children ages 12 and under.

How do I make sure my child receives toys?

The party is first come first served. The doors open at 9:00 AM and the line moves quickly until 12:00 when the event ends.

Can toys be sent to me if I do not attend the event?

In order to receive toys, children must be present at the event.

Can I volunteer?

Volunteers are signed up through corporate sponsors and must be at least 16 years old. We love and appreciate our volunteers! Encourage your company to sponsor a booth so you can join us this year.

How many toys are given out each year?

We are pleased to provide each child with several toys of their choice, an extra bag full of novelty toys and the chance to win a bike or other wheeled item.  Our average totals are:
- 15,000 brand new toys
- 50,000 novelty toys
- 500 wheeled items: bikes, wagons, scooters and riding toys

We are extremely grateful to welcome as many as 800+ volunteers the week of set up and on the party day.
