You do not need to register or sign up your child in advance. The event is open to all children 12 and under and toys are first come first served. Children must attend the event to receive toys.

The Prime F. Osborn III Convention Center at 1000 Water St, Jacksonville, FL 32204. The line forms outside Door 6 at the main exhibit hall on the west side of the building.

The event is open to children ages 12 and under.

The party is first come first served. The doors open at 9:00 AM and the line moves quickly until 12:00 when the event ends.

In order to receive toys, children must be present at the event. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate parents attending without children, and we are unable to deliver toys after the event.

Our seasonal hotline is available starting mid-October. The number is (904) 350-1616. The hotline provides important information about the event. We encourage you to call and listen to the hotline message, even if your child has attended the event in the past. The hotline may be updated closer to the event date if important changes need to be communicated, so be sure to listen again closer to the event date. You will be able to leave a message on the hotline number if you have additional questions.

Volunteers are signed up through corporate sponsors and must be at least 16 years old. We love and appreciate our volunteers! Encourage your company to sponsor a booth so you can join us this year.

We are pleased to provide each child with several toys of their choice, an extra bag full of novelty toys and the chance to win a bike or other wheeled item. Our average totals are: - 15,000 brand new toys - 50,000 novelty toys - 500 wheeled items: bikes, wagons, scooters and riding toys

We are extremely grateful to welcome as many as 800+ volunteers the week of set up and on the party day.
