How is 2020 different from other years?

COVID-19 came along in March and by the fall, it became increasingly clear to the Board of Directors that we could not hold our event without jeopardizing the well being of countless people in our community. Regrettably, our in-person Christmas event at the convention center this December will not be able to happen. However, we have not given up and our plan for 2020 is to fulfill our mission by giving 15,000 toys to 5,000 children-in-need who are currently enrolled through several other non-profit organizations in our city.

How can I get a toy for my child?

Check with other non-profit organizations (like Toys for Tots www.Jacksonville-fl.toysfortots.org) and churches who, during this year of the pandemic, might have toys to give out to families in need.

Will next year be back to normal for the Children’s Christmas Party of Jacksonville?

We sincerely hope so and will decide next year when we see if this pandemic is still affecting our community.

Can I volunteer?

Thank you for offering, however, all our volunteer needs are met for this year.

Can I make a donation?

Thank you for considering a donation to our 501(C)3 non-profit organization. All donations are tax deductible. Please go to PayPal on this website or mail a check (made out to Children’s Christmas Party of Jacksonville) to P.O. Box 5338, Jacksonville, FL 32247-5338.
